As is usual, Hagar invokes the multhulltude faithful to sail long and often, and then the games begin. He divides the assembled into teams and gives the rules for the contest. This year it was a balloon chase. People think catching those wind driven spheres is a piece of cake. It’s more luck than skill, and the luck is often on the balloon’s side. Balloon lust isn’t a common disease, but is coetaneous. A lot of sailors caught it this year, more than caught that many balloons
