Ordering Photos or Digital Image Files

I gladly sell photos from this site.  And I appreciate your purchases.  It helps me pay the way to these events. 

Prices:
I charge $10 for taking the picture.   Costs of printing are actual costs at Walmart or Eckerd's Drugs.  I charge $5 for postage and handling for postage and handling.  I send your prints by US mail unless you request another method.

Printing costs are approximately as follows (and will change if the the stores listed above change prices):
4x6    $0.29
5x7    $1.75
8x10  $5.00

These prices are for individuals only.  If you are a business or wish to have the images for commercial or promotional uses, please email me describing your needs.

How to let me know what print you want
The easiest for me and most reliable is for you to copy the images from the web site, attach it to an email to me at mhw1@earthlink.net.

A second way is to send me the file name of the image.  You can get this information when looking at the image if you place your cursor over the image and right click with your mouse.  You will get an on screen menu.  Click 'Properties',  On the pop up that appears, you will find the name on the first or second tab (depending on your operating system).  The name will probably be a combination of 2 leading letters then numbers, e.g. PA1600127.   This is the file name my camera gives the image.    Please send me this name in an email.

A third way is to note the page number of the article, table number (if there is more than one table on a page), the row and column number, eg page1, table 1, row 3, column 5 will be the last image in the third row of the first table on page 1.

If you ask for an image by any other method than sending me a copy, I'll send you back an email with a low resolution copy of the image to be sure it is the one you want and tell you the approximate cost. 

Want a photo CD with images from the whole event?
For $25, I'll send you a photo CD with all the images I took.  Images are approximately 640 x 480 pixels.  They are the same ones as on the site.  Resolution is too low for prints, but are great for viewing on the computer or for email.  All images are in JPG format.

After you order, then what?
I'll have the print(s) made and mail them to you with a self addressed envelope for payment.  I accept checks or cash.  I also have Pay Pal account.  You can use your credit card to pay me through Pay Pal.  I need about a week to have your prints made and mailed.  The time is often less, but if I'm away on travel, I need the extra time.
